Markers Rise 360

Oct 04, 2023

Hello,

I am new to Articulate and a question on customizing markers in Rise 360. I have reviewed the discussions here around Markers but did not find an answer for thi question:

1. Change state: when the learner clicks a marker, is there a way to change the state so that they know they have already visited that marker? In many of my courses I am making it mandatory that the learner reviews all the blocks before moving forward. It would be very helpful if the marker's state changed.

Note: I know I can use state in Storyline; however, I do not have a windows computer and cannot use Storyline.

Thank you in advance for your guidance!

Hi Layda! I understand you are looking for an option to customize the markers in Rise 360 to show a visited state.

We don't currently have this option in Rise 360. However, we are tracking requests for the ability to add or customize a visited state to labeled graphic markers. I'd be more than happy to add you to the list so that you'll get notified if this gets released or if we make changes that will help.
