When I export to Web, my organization's logo does not export. It does not even show up on the Assets folder in the zip file. However, I am able to see it on the Rise web-based software application. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I tested exporting a course that included a .png logo to web, and I was able to see my logo in the Assets folder. Will you do another export today and let me know what you see?
If you still aren't seeing that image file in your course output, I'd be happy to test the .png file. You can share it as an attachment in your reply here, or share it with us privately here. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting.
Hi there, Oscar. Does your .png file include spaces or special characters in the file name? If so, try renaming the file to eliminate spaces and special characters for now.
I'll let you know when we can change this behavior!

Quick update, Oscar. It actually appears this behavior is happening on all new logo files added to a course. I apologize for missing that!
We'll let you know when we've got a fix out.
Good news! We've fixed the issue where new logos wouldn't show in your Rise 360 course. Refresh your lesson, and add your logo again.
Let me know if I can help further!
Thank you!
