Moving my courses to a Future Account
I currently have an account that my company paid for. If I leave and join another organization that later gets a subscription, how do I save and eventually move my courses to the new account? Just to be clear, there would be a gap in time between the current subscription and the new one.

Hi Nick, thanks for reaching out. There isn't a way to download a Rise 360 course and upload them into a different Rise 360 account. The send a copy process that we have requires an active trial or paid subscription.
Once your subscription expires, we keep your courses intact for at least six months. Within those six months, I hope you get to transfer to another organization and have a new Articulate 360 subscription. By that time, feel free to reach out to us to discuss your options.
