So sorry to hear that you are unable to upload mp3 files in Rise.
We didn't make any changes and uploading mp3s should still work. I also tested it and can still upload mp3 files to the Audio block in Rise. Are you getting an error message?
Please update your browser, clear cache, log back into RIse, and try uploading the mp3 again. If the error persists, please open a case with us here so that one of our technical support engineers can help you troubleshoot.
