I've created a few courses in Rise with MP4 videos. They all work great, except for a couple of them which give me an error when I try to play them. Strange thing is they all work fine in Preview mode...it's the published product which doesn't...
Hi Lyor! Since some of your videos work in preview and published versions, try republishing your course containing the video that isn't working. If the issue persists after republishing your course, re-upload your video and then publish your course again.

I finally got them working by completely deleting the blocks and re-inserting them...one of those "I can't explain it" things, but it works :-)...
