I noticed in the last day that the symbol "&" is not recognized correctly and when you insert this symbol, suddenly appears also "amp" so the result is shown in the attachment.
The "&" symbol is now displayed correctly in matching knowledge check questions and quiz questions. Please have a look, and let us know how it works for you!

Simplest fix is to replace "&" with "and".
Thank you Karl, this is clear but I suppose it is a fix the fact that is not supported anymore the symbol "&".

Hi Karl,
We have reported this issue with the ampersand symbol to our Rise engineers. As Karl suggested, you can use "and" instead of the symbol for now.
I'll update this thread as soon as we hear more from our team about this issue.
