How do I create a video with the tag... as in .m3u8 (HR-RET-04.m3u8)
I can import a PP into a storyline and change the player, but I can not get my video to start with the first-page showing. Sometimes I get a big black screen and I don't want that. What should I do?
Hi Fatimah! You'll see a blank screen if there is audio or video on the first slide of your Storyline file.
You can add an intro slide to the beginning of your Storyline project or take a screenshot of the first page of your PowerPoint presentation and use it as the intro slide. Make sure to remove the navigation buttons from the intro slide in Storyline and add a trigger to "jump to the next slide when the timeline starts" or when it reaches a specific time so that it will seamlessly look like a part of your video when users play it.
