I cannot access Rise as well. Articulate team, do you have a timeline on when I can use Rise again?

I have access to Rise and am able to work on courses but I'm having issues uploading images. I tried different format and tried adding previously used images but keep getting the same message asking me to verify the file type. I suppose, it may be related to the bigger access issue?
I really hope it comes up soon. I've been checking all day hoping It's resolved. Missing a deadline due to this issue.

Still not able to access - tried via Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. :(
I tried to access Rise again this morning. Still cannot access. Cleared browser cache the whole nie yards. How long before the problem is solved?
Yes -- I can not access Rise 360 -- hopefully this will be resolved quickly as it was also down yesterday - 3.6.24
Still having issues -- 8:20 Central Time 3.7.24
Still having issues with Rise 360 today too and can not access. Have had issues with it going down since Tuesday. Hopefully Articulate can implement a permanent fix this morning.

The problem persists...still getting a 504 Gateway Time-out error when trying to go into Rise 360. Any estimate on when it will be fixed?
Rather crazy that it has been down this long - without much of an update. Nothing on X (Twitter) either about estimated timeline......
