One Course with two different Languages, Settings allows one language

Dear colleagues,

I had to create a Course with two different languages (English and German), I replicated the Lessons for the two languages to be able to access from one course/link, and select the language at the beginning (see print screens attached).

My problem now is that the buttons/labels can only be displayed in one language (either English or German, and not both depending on the Lesson) when selecting it from Settings (see below the print screen from the questionnaire). Do you know if there is an option to change the standard labels for a specific Lesson?

Hi Toni,

As you have discovered, Labels apply to the entire course, and cannot be set per Lesson within Rise.

In both Rise and Storyline, you can only have 1 language for the Text Labels.

That's why folks I work with want a separate SCORM package published for each language.

They use their LMS settings to allow the learner to choose a language.
Another option is to pay for the programming that can combine the SCORM packages into one bigger package, with a web page at the start for choosing the language. (Sorry, but I don't have any recommendations for who does that sort of work.)

Many thanks for the information and help.

I thought in adding the two languages on the same course for simplification, but now I see that this is not the best approach.
