Opinion Questions

I would like to add some blocks throughout my course where students can write a few sentences about their opinion for various prompts. It wouldn't be graded or right/wrong, so not really a knowledge check but definitely questions I would like students to answer. 

I looked through discussion topics to figure this out but I'm not sure exactly what terms to search for so any guidance would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
