Yes I am (and a few others who have commented as well) , new issues as of the last 30 minutes. 504 and wont load dashboard

Yes as of 9:34 Central time I am having issues. Started yesterday afternoon.
I am still having issues. Just tried to access Rise and it timed out.

Hi there! Thank you for your support! However, I still cannot get into Rise. I'm still getting a blank screen and 501/503 error. Thank you!
Yes, having issues. Has been occurring for a few days but with refreshing and clearing cache I was usually good. Really slowing down work now.

Yes, having the same issue with 504 and 502 Errors, and not able to use Rise. Please advise!
Hi Eric,
I'm still having problems here. I've logged out/in, refreshed and cleared cache multiple times, but am still getting the 504 Gateway Time-out error.

Hi, Eric! We are still having issues as well with the following errors when trying to log in via SSO: 504 ERROR and 502 Bad Gateway.
I'm really curious why this has been going on so long. I'm in the middle of a project with a really tight deadline and this is very inconvenient!
YES! I’m in full panic as launching a global module tomorrow and have several updates to make. Know I’m not the only one!
Had issues all day yesterday and now all I see is “resuming your session” or ”your content is loading” and the spinning circle of death. No content.
Ditto -- as I know many of us are having the same deadline issues. Rise is still throwing bad gateway errors, death spirals, and "resuming your session" before crashing.

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue.
We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
