Pausing the look of a video at the end of the video instead of making it blank

Apr 20, 2020

Hi I am trying to insert a process video where at the end of the video, the learner gets to see the entire process in one frame. I would like my video to end with the entire process so that the process is in front of their eyes. Is there a way the video cannot go back to the start and have a plain screen?

Hello, Jessica!

Rise 360 displays the first frame of the video by default, but it sounds like you would rather it display the last frame. You could use a video editing tool like Replay 360 to add a screenshot of the final frame to the beginning of the video.

  1. Take a screenshot of the final frame of the video.
  2. Add the screenshot to the first frame of the video.
  3. Re-upload the video back into Rise 360.

Let me know if you'd like some help with that!
