Unfortunately, for complicated reasons, we are not able to achieve this using our LMS, which is why I was hoping that the functionality can be achieved in Rise360 instead. Our current courses produce the attached generic certificate when the user arrives at the end of course. We are hoping for Rise to achieve a way to personalise this to include users name.
Our LMS has a certificate builder where you can create your own branded certificate.
You have control over the layout, border, font and size, colors, company logo, placement of student name, course name and date.
You can create one certificate to be used by all courses, or one per course.
There are numerous posts about the topic of certificates in Rise. Generally the suggestion is to create a Storyline and import it into Rise. Here is one:
