Problems with images Sep 23, 2019 By Maggie Bryans Hi everyone, Im a newbie and having trouble replacing the placeholder image with an image of my choice. (Rise 360) It let's me go to edit, and I click on the photo I want, a 'processing' sign emerges but nothing happens no matter how long I leave it open. Can you help please Maggie

Did you replace the placeholder image from an image in the Content Library or with an image from your computer? Do you see an improvement if you log out of Rise 360 and log back in?
