Hi there, Rachna. Currently, there isn't a way to suppress the quiz results from appearing. Tell me a bit more about your goals, and maybe we can find an alternative!
Do you need to report quiz information to a learning management system? You could build an assessment using knowledge check blocks if not.
Do you need question-level data, or just the scoring of the quiz? You may be able to substitute a Storyline block that includes a quiz made in Storyline 360. Storyline quizzes will send the score information in a Rise 360 course.

Rise does not allow the Quiz results page to be disabled.
