Hello! What happens if the user fails to pass a quiz (limited tries) in Rise? Can he/she not continue the course at all? This is what I want to achieve: after each section I want to insert a quiz that the user can retry two times to get it right. If they fail to pass the quiz, they are supposed to redo the section and then retry the quiz again. Is that possible or are they really locked out of the course completely? Is there another way to have them redo a section and/or reset the quiz?
If a quiz in Rise 360 is set to have limitedretries, once the learner fails and reaches the maximum retries for the quiz, then they can't take the quiz again. Then, if the quiz is set to Require Passing Score To Continue, then the learner won't be able to move forward to the next lesson.
There isn't a way to retry or reset the quiz once this maximum retries is met. We're tracking requests for this feature and will let you know of any updates that can help!
