You should be able to create a 'Continue' divider following a Storyline block and, in 'Settings' set the 'Completion Type' to 'Complete Block Directly above'.
If you play the audio in the Storyline block and then set a trigger to 'Complete' when the audio finishes - that should do it
Here's an example where I demonstrate the use of a 'Timer' in Rise - in the second example the continue divider is set as above and the learner can't continue until the timer counts down... (Or they get the answer right!)
