I am experiencing an issue with the content library in Rise. The thumbnails for the images are broken and I am unable to see a preview of the images. Could you please assist me with resolving this glitch?
Hi Risa! So sorry to hear that the thumbnails for the images in your Content Library are broken.
Please ask your IT department to add these websites to your allow-list so you can access all the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription, including Content Library 360 images.
