Are you referring to your exported courses?  Even if you do not see them downloaded, you should see an email sent to your Articulate account where you can download them again.  Are you getting these emails?

It's highly unlikely, but can you check that your pop-up blocker is not affecting the export?  If you are still experiencing the issue, you can reach out to our support team so that we can help you right away!
