Hi Deborah, thanks for sharing your screenshot! It looks like you've been added as a Course Collaborator. If you want to be able to have the option to export the course, please request the course owner to change your role as Course Manager. Another option is to have the owner send you a copy of the course.
You should have someone in your company that manages all of your Rise accounts. If you contact your Rise administrator, they should be able to transfer all courses owned by the person that has left the company to you, making you the course owner.

You can export to a PDF...but it's not pretty. Also, if you have Adobe Acrobat you can save a PDF to a Word document.
Thanks Karin. Yes I have Adobe Acrobat. How do I download the document please?
In your Rise course, click Export. Choose PDF from the Export Type dropdown menu,
Hi Karin
I cannot see 'Export' in my course.
Please will you send me a screenshot of where I can find it?
Many thanks
Debbie
Thanks for stepping in Karl.
Hi Deborah,
If you don't see the EXPORT option it may be because you are not the Course Owner but a Course Collaborator.
A Course Collaborator can edit the course but doesn’t have access to Settings, Share, Review, or Export.
Hi both. I cannot see that option on my Rise course. I've attached a screenshot of what I can see. Many thanks

Thank you all. The person has left the company so I will need to try to contact him.

Hi Karl
Thanks. I'll speak to our IT department.
Hi Deborah,
To find out who the Rise Team Administrator is in your company, click on your account icon at the top of this page and choose Account.
On the next page, click Team Info on the left. You will see the names of your Rise Team Administrators. They can perform the following actions:

See the section Remove Users and the instructions about what to do with courses owned by outgoing team members.
