RISE 360 Question Bank

I just used the Question Bank option and it's great. However, I'm using it for a final assessment and for compliance reasons, I need to allow for three attempts before fail and not display answers. Is this possible or will I still need to create my final assessment using Storyline and have a separate link in my LMS to the exam?
