Hi. I am trying to make use of the new Question Banks in Rise, but I seem unable to load images into the question. I have tried them as BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG. The only one that will work is a HTML one with .svg. But I am unable to convert any images to that format.

Please try the following:
Make sure your browser is fully updated.
Try other supported browsers - does the issue happen to all browsers or just a specific one?
Restart your computer.
Clear your browser's cache.
Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
