I understand that Rise keeps spinning when you add a translation file.
Please try these troubleshooting tips:
-Make sure you are using a supported browser and your browser is updated.
-Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) then try to add the XLIFF file. Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
