Hello, I was updating a course. I removed a couple sections as I was done and didn't need those sections. When I did this it did not remove them. When I went out to the main level to look at all courses, I tried clicking on the course again, it keeps saying "Your Course is Loading Hang Tight". I tried duplicating it, and that course does the same thing. All my other courses open fine. I hope I did not lose my course. Help please.
Thanks for sharing these images! I tested the same steps in my own Rise courses, and everything was working smoothly.
I'll have our team take a look at your Articulate 360 account - in the meantime, can you let me know what browser you're using? Also, have you tried duplicating any other courses, even the pre-loaded "Employee Health and Wellness Course"?
Thanks, I hope they can fix it. I am using latest Chrome browser on Win 7. Other courses edit and duplicate fine, just my "Accounts Receivable - Best Practices" course is inaccessible. Thank you.
I tried accessing my account through IE and the same result. Thx.
Fantastic, that is a relief. Thanks for taking care of it. Any idea on what caused it or anything I need to look out for so it doesn't happen again? Thanks again.
Nothing specific on this one. It's been random and rare for users, but our team is continuing to investigate and will keep the bug report open until we find the cause.
That link gave me an error - but if you want to let me know the course title, I'm happy to have our team take a look. Feel free to reply here or reach out here.

And here is the course once clicked on....

Thanks much for the update.
Thanks for your patience, Jeff! Your course should be all fixed now. Let me know if you run into any challenges opening it.

Ok, thanks for the update and for restoring my course!
Ashley Terwilliger,
I'm getting the same issue with a Rise course I just built.
Here is the course link:

Thanks for the response. They just e-mailed me back and have fixed the problem.
