I'm having issues with Rise cutting off the top of images within the course banners. I have attached what I'm seeing and the actual image that I'm trying to use.
Unfortunately that is what Rise does with course images and I have experienced the same issue.
I've had to go into Photoshop and crop the image several different ways to get the result that I need. The images need to be wide and not very high as a rough guide.
Oh wow...I just tried to go into PowerPoint to create a 15:9 slide with the image, and it still didn't work. I'll have our graphic designer try to play with it in Photoshop. Thanks!
Tom - Even though this post was 5 months ago, I am new to Rise 360 and just experienced the same issue. Your solution also worked for me. I cannot express how much this community has helped me in my ID career. Kudos to you and the rest of the staff!

Create an image that is 3:1 aspect ratio. I usually do it in PPT with a 15x5 inch slide. Then save the slide as an image.
Here's an example of a banner I created in PPT at that resolution.
Thanks Tom! That did it!
