Rise deleting blank line between paragraphs in accordion.

This has been happening to me as well.

• Are you typing your text, or copying and pasting? If you can share a quick Peek 360 screencast of this happening, that would be helpful.

Hi Crystal. This was happening to me on Tuesday or Wednesday this week. I just tried it again in both Chrome and Firefox and could not replicate the error.

Thanks for letting us know, Ellen. I'm not seeing this behavior in Chrome for Mac, version 79. Can you share a screencast of what you're seeing?

Thanks for those screenshots. I'm seeing the same problem on my side! It looks like the line spacing doesn't display correctly unless you use Shift + Enter to manually add space between paragraphs. 

Would you mind trying that and letting me know if that solves the problem?

Wow, I was looking for a way to delete line breaks that won't disappear no matter how I tried. Well, Shift + Del did the trick, so you unintendedly solved my doubt, Alyssa :)

I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing this bug where paragraph and line break spacing does not display correctly within a Rise 360 course. 

Please let us know if you’re still noticing the issue, and we’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.

I'm having the same issue, as well. I have a huge space on some markers between the title and the text. Is there any way to remove that space? It doesn't happen for every marker spot, which makes it even more confusing and sadly more noticeable.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue as well as a share link to your Rise 360 course so we can take a closer look at what's happening? Additionally, you'll also want to test your course using other browsers to see if the issue is browser-specific.
