Rise Freezing

I've imported a Storyline 360 program into Rise.  Everyone seems to get through the entire module fine.  On occasion, a user will notify me that the course has "frozen" or is "thinking" and the user can't finish.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for reaching out, Peter. It sounds like the user is getting stuck within the embedded Storyline slides, is that right?

First, I would ask what slide the user is stuck on to see if there is a trend there. Also, here are a few things you can suggest next time you hear about this issue:

  • Close and reopen the web browser
  • Try a different web browser
  • Clear your browser cache
