Rise Freezing

Thanks for reaching out, Peter. It sounds like the user is getting stuck within the embedded Storyline slides, is that right?

First, I would ask what slide the user is stuck on to see if there is a trend there. Also, here are a few things you can suggest next time you hear about this issue:

• Close and reopen the web browser
• Try a different web browser
• Clear your browser cache

It seems to be random, I can't find a trend yet.  Clearing the Browser Cache and restarting Chrome seems to have done the trick.  The only problem with that is the learner must restart the program.

Ok, so I am still running into this issue of courses freezing up on learners.  It starting to drive me nuts.  Even after people clear out there cache sometimes it still freezes.
