Rise isn't Working... Again... Twice in the space of one week!

I'm actually sorry I picked Rise to build my new course. It's been a painful experience this past week - tight deadlines and all.

When I try to load Rise, it just does that swirly thing then gives me an error message.

What on earth is the problem and why have Articulate not sorted this out yet?!
