Rise library don't open Aug 19, 2021 By Lucas Devaney de Souza Hi! I renewed my subscription in Articulate 360, but now, when I try to open https://rise.articulate.com/ it shows me the alert (something wet wrong) even it is already paid, someone there already had this kind of issue? Tks

If you go into Incognito Mode (Ctrl-Shift-N) and try to access it, does it still give out the error? Please try accessing Rise in another supported browser. Is the behavior the same?

Hi Lucas! So sorry this is happening to you. May I know the browser name and browser version you're using?
Thanks Hazel, I contacted the support and we discovered that was a problem related to the seat, I added a new seat and it worked.
