Hi Sanchit! Storyline 3 perpetual licenses and Articulate 360 subscriptions, where Rise 360 lives, are separate purchases. While there isn't an upgrade path from one to the other, we do offer volume discounts if you are purchasing five or more users of Articulate 360 on one order, as well as multi-year discounts for two or three year subscriptions.
