Earlier this month, I completed an audit of our company's Rise modules and ensured the sharing links were password-protected for privacy reasons. However, upon spot-checking the courses today, some of them are no longer password protected. Is this a known issue, or do the passwords auto-expire after a certain amount of time?
Hi Agent Experience Squad! If you're checking the share link and find that the courses are no longer password protected, that would be because the password protection on the course has been removed. Passwords for the share link do not expire so the password will be removed only if it is updated by the author.
If you find that the password is still enabled for the course but the course is accessible through the share link, would you mind sharing some screenshots as well as the share link to your course? Thanks!
