I created a website for a non profit group using Rise. They would like to be able to have people make donations and/or pay for items we sell to raise money for our causes. Has anybody else done this in Rise? What suggestions can you share please? It is hosted on GoDaddy with a https:// secure site.
For a simple donation you could link out to a paypal or buymeacoffee payment page. I just tested that and it works well within a regular text block, so you can use all the built-in rise tools of a text block and insert the button where you want. I had to adjust the code a little bit with css to get it do display properly but works well- it opens in a new window to the buymeacoffee service.
