Within Rise when they reach the Results screen you can have an option at the bottom to "Take again" as in this picture:
To enable this, go to the Quiz and choose Settings in the top right corner. You'll find a switch to toggle on allowing the user to retry the quiz. Although they won't go through a Review element where they saw what they got wrong vs. right, you could include the incorrect/correct feedback as a part of the questions as they answer though. You'll want to include the "Reveal Answers" option within the Quiz settings to do so.
If you're looking for a Review feature after the entire quiz, similar to what you've seen in Storyline, that's something which would make a good feature request! You can always share those here in the forums or send along to our team directly here.
Thanks of the help, but I am wanting something a little different. I want the students to have to review the content leading to the quiz if they fail before they can retake the quiz.
