Rise - right hand menu is invisible (but actually there)

In edit mode, the right side menu (up, down, copy, delete) is invisible. I know it is there because my cursor changes to the hand sign when it covers over it, and I can find my way to delete a block, or move it up, but I can't see the menu.

I have signed out, signed back in to articulate, rebooted my computer…  I have the most updated version of Microsoft Edge (just updated last Week).

I can't work quickly or confidently without that menu being visible.

Does anyone have any thoughts about what to do?
