I started experiencing the same issue earlier this afternoon, I've been building a course in Rise all day and it's been working fine but then I started getting the same error messages every few seconds. Is this a known issue?
Hi Merritt and Brett! Editing Rise 360 courses can cause an error message to appear right now. We’re working on a fix, and I'm so sorry for the trouble!

Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same issue with Rise now. It's been happening for almost a week now. I note the last post on this discussion was 1 year ago. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am working with a very tight deadline.
I can confirm this problem affects one particular eLearning course (as well as copies I make of it) but not others. I've begun deleting certain blocks within it, but this has not helped. The problem doesn't seem to occur when I'm on the landing page, it only occurs within the lessons.
Hi Kimberley! We had an outage yesterday, but it has been fixed. Please try to clear your cache, then try to open up the course again. Are you still getting an error?
Hi, This is an ongoing issue this morning....the RISE build that I am working on is not saving the changes, and continuously drops, and displays the "Something went wrong" message
Hi Rekha! So sorry to hear that you are getting the error "Something went wrong" when you try to access Rise. I've opened case 03770151 for you, and one of our technical support engineers will reach out to you directly via email.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues publishing your course. Are you experiencing the same error indicated in this forum post? Have you tried refreshing your browser or clearing your cache?

Hello again! Editing in Rise 360 is now working normally, and we're continuing to monitor performance carefully.
I just had this issue happen this morning, I got the error message and then lost my work from the past 10 minutes.
I'm having same issue at the moment.

Same here...course images wouldn't upload, refreshed, now courses won't load
I'm also having the same issue. I was editing my course, then got the error message now none of my Rise courses will load, just the spinning wheel.
This is not fixed.
Hey folks, I'm so sorry for the trouble. We have a status for Rise 360 here, and we'll share an update here too once we're in the clear.
Thank you, Crystal.
Hey everyone! I'm happy to let you know that Rise 360 should be working normally again. Let me know if you're seeing otherwise.

Hi George,
In our team we've experienced this and its been completely random.
It will happen to one team member but not another working at a nearby desk.
It happens across all of our courses, not just some. Occurs no matter the block type.
I agree that it only happens while editing Lessons, and not on the course landing page.
It will stop as randomly as it started.
Were you ever able to open up the course again that was giving the error messages? We're having that same issue right now.
Hi Kimberly,
Yes we were able to open and edit the course again.
If you are unable to open your course contact Technical Support https://articulate.com/support/contact

Please help! We have a course in final review that I can't publish to 360.
