I created a training course using Rise 360. I want my users have to ability to exit from the course and when they come back they should be able to continue where they left off. Is this possible?
It depends on how your are delivering your courses to your learners.
If you are using a LMS, when learners exit the course and return later, they will be taken to the start of the Rise Lesson where they left off. They can continue the course from there.
If you published for Web delivery, no learner data is stored, and they always have to restart at the beginning of the course.

It depends on how your are delivering your courses to your learners.
