Rise: Translating Sidebar Menu Completion Tooltips

The labels of most things can be customized with the Label feature under Settings. However, apparently this doesn't include the tooltips that show when you roll the mouse over the cycles in the sidebar menu that indicate how may percent of a certain lesson is completed. they seem to be unaffected from what's given for the "x% COMPLETE" message in the chosen Label Set. How can I get to those to translate them to another language?

As far as I'm aware, it's not possible to translate x% Completed and Unstarted in the sidebar menu.
That's a shame.
Why not, if there's the option to translate virtually everything else?

As x% Completed and Unstarted are not in the label set, it must be assumed that they are hard-coded and cannot be translated.
