Rise360 automatically reduces the quality and resolution of images. Apr 17, 2023 By Kate Laferlita Hi, Just now ive noticed that every png that we upload automatically reduces to a lower quality. dont know if this is the new trend but as per the wiki says maximum allowable size would be 5gb is it correct or have they change something. You can prevent Rise from compressing image files by adding _NOPROCESS_ to the file name. car.png would become car_NOPROCESS_.png See https://articulate.com/support/article/Best-Practices-for-Images-Videos-and-Audio-in-Rise-Courses
