Rise360: Security and Limit access to Company users Aug 25, 2023 By Michael Bakhtiar Hello - is there a way (beyond using a password or multiple collaborators) to limit access to Rise courses only to those either within my company network or those having same email @company.com, etc.? Thanks
Judy Nollet Hero 9 months ago08/25/23 at 3:02 pm (UTC) A Rise project (that is, the editable source) can be shared with multiple collaborators. They must have an Articulate 360 Teams license. A Rise project can also be emailed to anyone with an Articulate 360 account. That creates a completely separate copy. A Rise (or Storyline) project published to Review 360 can be accessed by anyone with the review link. The only way to limit that access is by setting a password. There's no way to prevent someone from sharing the link URL and the password. For an additional fee, Articulate also offers Reach 360.
