Rise_Metadata not showing in video upload

Hi ,
I created a module with video contents in Rise. Once i upload, thumbnails for the video is not visible in the course page.
I tried using embed option too. It throws some error regarding internet speed. But honestly, speed doesn't seem to be a problem.
