Round and Numbered Bullets Not Appearing in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

Hello!
I have a number of different text blocks where I am utilizing either the numbered bullet or rounded bullet indented text. In the text box entry the numerals or round bullet appear, but they do not appear in the development window, or when previewing the course.

I am working on a MacBook Pro with macOS Mojave Version 10.14.3. I developed the course using Google Chrome, and have tried to reopen and display the course in Firefox and Safari as well and I get the same result.
Has anyone else encountered this? Do you have any workarounds?

I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here. I just tried this out and everything is working normally on my end.
