Scorm Export doesn't take the updated question from question pool

For a training course, we created a question bank with 10 sections (folders). Each of those sections consists of 5 questions.
In the test, one question per section is offered to the learners each time.
However, we find that if we modify the questions in the question pool and do a new export of the test module developed in rise, that the modifications do not happen.
Is there an update button we need to take into account? Or do we also have to adjust the composition of the test each time to get the adjustment correct in the scorm output?
