JAWs 22 screenreader is reading 'dot-dot' for full stops when reading out correct answers and incorrectly selected answers in the feedback stage of each assessment question (but only sometimes). Any ideas?
To clarify, does the same behavior occur across all supported browsers, or is it local to one? Also, it would be helpful to see a copy of the Rise 360 lesson and test the playback on our end. Do you mind sharing the link here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
