I have also been experiencing this error message. I had to close Chrome completely and restart to get it to work.

This occurred for me in Google Chrome "Version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)"
Hi Heather! Thanks for sharing the browser and version. Have you tried in an Incognito Tab or another browser to see if this still occurs?
I think my account was timed out and I needed to refresh and sign back in again.
