We have a course delivered to the client for testing and they found a bug where they can't advance past a matching question in a Knowledge Check. Doesn't matter whether the movable tiles are placed in correct/incorrect position. I've tried to rebuild the activity. I've tried to duplicate the course. I've confirmed the error on my end, so it's not LMS specific.
I would suggest testing the issue in SCORM Cloud and different browsers to rule out any LMS or browser issues. If it's still not working, our team of support engineers can take a look! You can submit a case here.

Do you have duplicate answers in your matching question?
All matches need to be 100% unique.
A screenshot of the question would be useful.

There are no duplicates. Though, two of the items in the matching column are only off by one character, albeit an important character.
