We would like to share some course content about Job Searches/Interviewing Skills etc. with employees who will be leaving the company. We would use the Preview link feature (with a password) so that they could continue to access the information on their mobile devices even after they have been termed instead of publishing it in our LMS.
Is there an additional cost or limitation of the licensing that would prevent us from doing this?
