Hi Evangeline! Is this happening in the preview of your Rise 360 course, or are you having trouble with the output (e.g. Share URL, web, or LMS)?
When previewing, you won't be able to see your Storyline blocks on the mobile phone view. If you test the share URL, however, your Storyline block should display as expected on your actual mobile phone.
