I'm getting a black bar at the bottom of the Storyline360 inserted into Rise. I've been using Chrome without realising I was getting this effect in Internet Explorer 11. Our staff mainly use IE11.
So I'm using the HTML5 only output from Storyline with the chromeless modern player. That way I get a clean interface for inserting into Rise.
Anyone else getting the black bar at the bottom? Any workarounds or changes I can make?
I'm stuck with this version as the default for staff to use until the IT department do an update. Not sure if the problem is dependent on version of IE. I'll need to check this at another venue.
I'm at the end of a 10 week project, so if there's no workarounds suggested I might have to go with the black bars on IE11. They only seem to show up if using a mouse roller over the Storyline block.
I was able to check with our team, who told me that they've seen this behavior elsewhere. I recommend submitting your case to Support. They’ll help you figure out what to do here.
If I can help with anything else please let me know!

The black bar shows up as a scroll-able area within the Storyline block when I use my mouse roller.
I think Storyline only supports Chrome for output - looks like you need to go another route.

Hi Paul,
