I created a Drop and Drag project in Storyline 360 and moved project into Rise. Using the Interaction Tab, then: add a Storyline interaction from Articulate 360 / BROWSE ARTICULATE 360. The project populated but is really out of focus.
Is there a work-around for this? Has anyone else had this issue? Would I be better off publishing for web distribution and using the embed code?
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thank you!!
How did my course look to you? Here's what I see viewing your link in Chrome:
It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
Thanks for the feedback. I had to get some additional eyes on this one and they agree with you as well on the image being less crisp than the items on the right.
I'd like to take a look at your .story slide so that I can compare it alone and then when it is added to Rise to see if we can narrow down where this is happening.
Hey there, Gail. Thanks for pointing out that distinction. I think we'll want to figure out where the degradation of the image quality is happening. Are you able to share that particular .story project with us here so we can test on our end? You can use the Add Attachment button in your post (attachments won't work in email).
Would you mind sending the original (unpublished) Storyline file? That way we can publish it to a variety of formats and test it in various environments. Thanks!

Hey Gail,
Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with this.
I'm not sure that I'm seeing the same thing as you can see here.
Would you be able to share some additional details? Does mine look blurry/out of focus to you? If so, what browser are you viewing in?
Hi Leslie -
Thanks for responding, viewing in Chrome. Here is a link:

Looks out of focus.
Any thoughts on why this renders in this manner? All images were optimized and in focus prior to bringing Storying project into Rise.

I published this to share without doing anything and this version seems much sharper on my end.
Any thoughts as to why that might be?

Not sure if I made that clear - the project appears much sharper when using Articulate Review vs. publishing and adding project to Rise.
Thank you very much for reviewing this concern.

See attached zip file. Exported to LMS/SCORM 1.2
Thanks again for reviewing this.
