Hi we have an issue with the question bank and not showing the Incorrect feedback just a x.  It states in the email they will get back normally in one business day but still haven't had word from Monday - is anyone else getting this type of delay?

Hi there, Lorraine! I checked in on your support case to be sure you got the help you needed. It looks like you were able to resolve it yourself by duplicating the course and inserting the question bank in the duplicate course.
